2. What data we collect and why

When you visit the website

When you submit the contact form

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to schedule a strategy call. Website analytics

3. Hosting and sub-processors

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (fra1 region). Vercel acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form submissions are transmitted via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France. Brevo is EU-hosted and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement. Data is used solely to deliver your message to us.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or any third-party cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because no cookies requiring consent are set.

5. International data transfers

Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States (Vercel). These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Vercel's European data centre (Frankfurt) is the primary processing location.

6. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for up to three years thereafter for documentation purposes. Technical log data is stored for twelve months for security and performance purposes, after which it is anonymised or deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
