a) When you visit the website
We automatically collect technical data such as your (anonymised) IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of access, and referrer URL. This information helps us keep the site stable, secure and performant. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
b) When you submit a contact or lead form
We collect the information you provide – name, e‑mail address, phone number, and the content of your message (including any special categories of data you voluntarily share). We use this data to answer your enquiry, provide the requested service and, where appropriate, forward leads to partner organisations. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract/pre‑contractual measures) and, for any special‑category data, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).
c) If you opt‑in to newsletters or marketing communications
We keep the same data as in (b) together with your marketing preferences. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your freely given, specific and informed consent).
4. Hosting, Sub‑Processors and Safeguards
Our website and forms are hosted by GoHighLevel (HighLevel LLC, United States) and Perspective (Perspective Software GmbH, Germany). All these providers are bound by written contracts that incorporate the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR‑equivalent safeguards, ensuring that your data receives an adequate level of protection.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We do not place marketing or profiling cookies on your device. Only essential technical session data (as described in 3a) is collected automatically.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of the data we process may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, mainly to the United States (GoHighLevel, Perspective). These transfers are lawful because we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, adequacy decisions (e.g., for the United Kingdom).
